Services vs products
Services are custom engineering engagements — protocol design, audits, integrations, migrations — scoped in a statement of work with milestones and delivery criteria.
Products are downloadable blueprint packages: educational and reference Vyper code derived from the live stack. They are not a substitute for an independent security audit before mainnet deployment.
No professional guarantees
Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice. DeFi software carries smart-contract, oracle, governance, and market risk. You are responsible for your own due diligence.
Audit disclaimer
Unless explicitly stated for a specific deliverable, all code and packages are self-reviewed internally — not externally audited. Composition findings are disclosed where documented, but an independent audit is still required before mainnet value is at risk. Sepolia/testnet demos do not imply mainnet safety.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and documentation are © KhomDev unless otherwise noted. Blueprint packages are licensed per the included package terms — reference/educational use; no warranty. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense packages except as permitted in each product's license.
Payments
- USDC on Base (manual): send USDC to the address shown on the site, then email your transaction hash and order reference to [email protected]. Wrong chain or token may result in lost funds — your responsibility.
- Sell.app: card checkout for blueprint products; fulfilment by KhomDev after payment.
- Services: invoicing and escrow per statement of work; deposits credited against milestones.
Digital blueprint products are generally final once delivered. Service refunds follow the agreed SOW. [REVIEW WITH COUNSEL: refund edge cases and EU consumer withdrawal rights if applicable.]
Explorer unlock
The graph explorer offers a $9 USDC lifetime unlock on your device via an email-delivered code verified client-side. Codes are single-purpose. Features may change; there is no guarantee of a fixed future feature set.
Prohibited use
You may not use the site to:
- Break applicable law or facilitate unlawful activity.
- Distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access.
- Scrape or overload the service in ways that harm availability.
- Misrepresent affiliation with KhomDev or endorsement by third parties.

Disclaimer of warranties
The site, services, and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KhomDev's total liability for any claim arising from the site, a product, or a service is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable product or service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold KhomDev harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or block access for abusive or unlawful use without prior notice.
Governing law

Changes
