Scope
This policy applies to khomdev.org only. Third-party services you reach from here — Cal.com scheduling, Sell.app card checkout, Codeberg repositories — have their own privacy policies. We do not control how those services process your data.
What we collect
Information you provide voluntarily
- Email messages when you contact us, send payment proof, or request an explorer unlock code.
- Booking details you submit through Cal.com.
- Purchase and fulfilment information processed by Sell.app for blueprint products.
- Transaction hashes and order references when you pay USDC on Base and email proof of payment.
Automatic technical data
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard request metadata — IP address, user-agent, timestamps, and requested URLs — for security and operations. We do not use this data for profiling or behavioural advertising.
Local storage on your device
The graph explorer stores an unlock flag in your browser's localStorage under the key kh-explorer-unlock after you enter a valid unlock code. This stays on your device; we do not receive it automatically.
What we do not collect
- No user accounts on khomdev.org.
- No wallet-connect or on-site wallet integration — we never ask for private keys or seed phrases.
- No intentional collection of sensitive categories beyond what you choose to email us.
- No site analytics cookies or trackers — we do not run Google Analytics or similar on khomdev.org.
The USDC payment modal may load a QR-code library from jsDelivr when you open it. That is a third-party script load, not a tracking cookie we set.
How we use information
- Fulfil blueprint orders and deliver download or unlock access.
- Respond to inquiries and scope engineering engagements.
- Verify on-chain payments and match them to orders.
- Prevent abuse and protect the service.
Sharing
We share personal data only as needed to operate the site: email delivery, Cal.com scheduling, Sell.app checkout, and Cloudflare hosting. We do not sell personal data. On-chain USDC payments are public on Base — transaction hashes and addresses are visible on the blockchain.
Retention
Email threads and order records are kept for a reasonable business period to support fulfilment, accounting, and dispute resolution. Explorer unlock state in localStorage persists until you clear browser data.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfect. Crypto payments are irreversible and public on-chain — treat tx hashes as public information.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law. Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
